The PvP titles are insnely high to keep people playing cept most PvPers don't care.

There are at least two Balthazar's Gladiators (r11), and one of them told me that he is realistically capable of obtaining the title before GW2 (32,000 / 40,000 points).

No one is even close to r8 skillz; you'd have to have played around 20 hours per day every single day during every event that provided points to have obtained that. Most likely a couple of the hardcore grinders will get it during the next Wintersday event, as it's possible to rack up points pretty quickly in the snowball arena.

lol since when was zrank a pvp title? i heard most ppl wit high ranks buy it from pve.

Highest Commander has R9 atm, it's in the screenshot section of this forum.

I've heard about these test servers before. How do you get into one though? I read on wiki that the skillz title possibly could have went up to rank 12.

No. Highest ranked zaishen is r10, it's a friend of mine. She IS the highest, it was confirmed. :X
